Anything for your happiness !!
"True Love"..... I am glad I am of age to talk about this. This is the story of a very close friend of mine and I tried my best to understand, rather digest all the delicacies in it.
She never knew she would become so close with a guy in so short a time. She didn't have control over her emotions and amidst all their stupid talks and silly fights, she fell in love with him. Never did she ask him if his heart was meant for someone else. Never did she fear losing him. So blindly, was she in love with him.
Time passed by and with every breath she took, she loved him more. Just the thought of him made her day. She smiled to herself for no reason, as the saying goes "a women's love is seen in her smile".
Life is never so simple and happiness doesn't last long. She slowly realized his indifference and started accepting the fact that something is holding him back. There came the moment when the worst of her dreams came true. She could clearly see his rejection. She was blank and filled with emptiness all around her. Her mood swings were uncontrollable. For the first time, there was anger in her heart, rather a 'pain' which she took it as 'anger'.
As happiness doesn't last long, so does sadness. She reprimanded herself for her foolish behavior. "Anger on him is reasonless when the fault is in me", she calmed her heart saying this. 'Love' seemed to be too less a word for the feelings she had on him, she felt proud realizing this. She felt rejuvenated and full of positive energy, she knew not the reason behind it. She decided to live the moment, leaving her past and future off the desk.
Was she to face the reality that he would never be in her life, she has a solution for that too. Smiling to herself, she would recollect these words...."Anything for your happiness, love you so much to let you go".
Love may not always be successful but neither is it always painful....her story taught me this.
